Below you'll find everything you need to know before your gifting session. Please read through it. It's short, we promise!

Before your session

To make the most of your gifting session, please take a few minutes to get the following ready. Don't worry, our team will guide you through everything in person too.

1. Have an email/appleID address ready: You'll need one to create or log into your Apple ID. If you don't have one, we can help you at the session.

2. Don’t forget your password: If you don’t already have one, you'll need this to log in with your Apple ID. It should be something memorable but not easy to guess. We suggest writing it down somewhere safe.

3. Come with questions! Our volunteers love helping you get comfortable with your new device. No question is too small.

At Your Session

Your session will be held in person with our volunteers. Here's what you can expect depending on the device:
